The EZ Switch is an accessory that can be retrofitted to most gas spring applicatons. It can be used to activate or disengage electrical applications by using a micro switch that is aactivated by the gas spring when extended or compressed.  Since the EZ Switch can be located at any position along the rod, it can be added to most applications where accurate on/off control is required.
